We are pleased to announce that Herbapol Poznan is a laureate of the 15th edition of the „Employee Friendly Employer” Contest.
This is an exceptional second award that our company has received from the hands of Polish President Andrzej Duda.
„Employee Friendly Employer” is the only competition in which candidates for the award are submitted by employees themselves.
The award, which was presented at the Presidential Palace, on October 10, 2023, was received by Herbapol Poznan President Tomasz Kaczmarek, Solidarity Trade Union Chairman Rafal Grześkowiak and Kazimierz Chudzinski.
Compliance with labor laws, stability of employment, a good atmosphere and attention to the continuous improvement of our specialists’ qualifications are priorities through which we build a strong position of the company in the labor market, but also through which we receive the highest national awards.
We would like to thank the Solidarity Trade Union operating at Herbapol Poznań for entering the competition, but also for its support in our daily work.
