Pedipur comes in the form of a medicated powder. Methenamine, the active ingredient in Pedipur, exerts its effect through formic aldehyde, which is released upon contact with sweat. Formic aldehyde reduces the activity of sweat glands and inhibits bacterial growth, thereby reducing sweat secretion and preventing its breakdown by bacteria. Pedipur has drying, antibacterial, and astringent properties. It eliminates unpleasant sweat odor.
1 g of medicinal powder contains 200 mg of methenamine (Methenaminum)

This product is for topical use. Shake well before use. Before applying the product, wash the skin on your legs or hands thoroughly and dry it. Apply a small amount of Pedipur to the skin on your legs or hands, rub it in, and let it dry.
Use the medication no more than 1–2 times a week.
Once improvement is achieved, the treatments can be administered prophylactically every 14–20 days
Hypersensitivity to the active ingredient or to any of the excipients.
Do not use this product:
There is a low likelihood that the active ingredient in Pedipur could pose a risk to the fetus or pass into the breast milk of breastfeeding women. However, in the absence of adequate studies, the drug may be used in pregnant and breastfeeding women only after consulting a doctor, provided that the benefits outweigh the risks.
