Use of
It is recommended to consume the infusion prepared from one bag twice a day. One bag is intended for preparing one glass of infusion. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Preparation method: pour 200 ml of freshly boiled water over one bag. Cover and brew for 8–10 minutes.
Warnings
The product is intended for adults. It is not recommended to consume the infusion by pregnant or breastfeeding women. People with any biliary disorders and liver disease should consult a doctor before drinking the tea. Due to the possible hypoglycemic effect of fenugreek seeds, sugar levels should be carefully monitored in patients being treated for diabetes.
