Dear Employees,
Everything can be improved, we keep our commitments and we place our trust – these are three of our corporate values that have accompanied the actions of all Employees of PZZ Herbapol Poznań S.A. for years. We are guided by them in teamwork, cooperation with contractors and concern for the health of patients. Therefore, we decided to write down our values and the rules of conduct based on them in the form of a Code of Ethics.
We have named explicitly what guides our daily work and is the foundation of our organizational culture. We are committed to ensuring that everyone, regardless of the position they hold, knows and understands our values and the principles that guide us. Until now, we have passed on this knowledge informally. As of today, we have a document that explicitly names desirable behaviors and those that conflict with our organizational culture.
Why is the Code of Ethics important?
The principles are common and named explicitly – they provide a clear reference point for everyone – both new and long-standing Employees of our organization.
Clear standards and expectations for all Employees – we all follow the same rules, regardless of seniority, years of experience, age, gender or number of shares held. We are one team that is guided by the same things in our daily work.
Signpost in difficult situations – not every business situation is straightforward, so the Code of Ethics assists in solving ambiguous problems.
It builds trust inside and outside the organization – within the company, the Code of Ethics is a signpost that shows how we operate and what we stand for. For our business partners, it provides proof that we are serious about conducting our business and are trustworthy.
A tip for managers – in difficult situations in the team, the Code of Ethics provides support and a basis for action to foster resolution of contentious situations.
Facilitates the implementation of new Employees – with formally written policies, people who join the organization can quickly and easily join the organization.
The Code of Ethics is a tool to help us maintain common standards, especially in ambiguous situations. Please read the document carefully, as we are committed to ensuring that every Employee is thoroughly familiar with the Code of Ethics.
We encourage you to read the full version of the document.
