The active substance of the medicine is lavender oil.
1 g of solution for the skin contains 0.006 g of lavender oil.
Other ingredients are: ethanol 760 g/l, purified water.
The medicine contains about 70% (v/v) ethanol.
A traditional herbal medicinal product used to relieve mild musculoskeletal pain and as an adjunct in skin disinfection.
The medicine is intended for topical use on the skin.
Unless otherwise directed by a doctor, use the following dosing regimen:
For pain relief: rub 1-2 ml, 20-40 drops,
or 1-2 pumps of the dispenser into the painful areas of the skin.
For skin disinfection: wipe the skin with a tampon or cotton pad soaked in the preparation several times a day.
Use in children:
due to lack of data,
it is not recommended for use in children.
When not to use Lawenol:
– If the patient is allergic to the active substance or any of the other ingredients of this medicine (listed in section 6),
– On irritated and inflamed skin.
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
Prolonged use of Lawenol may cause skin irritation and dryness.
