Usage
It is recommended to consume the infusion prepared from one bag twice a day. One bag is intended for preparing one glass of infusion. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Preparation method: pour 200 ml of freshly boiled water over one bag. Cover and brew for 8–10 minutes.
Warnings
The product is intended for adults. It is not recommended for breastfeeding and pregnant women to consume the infusion. People with any biliary tract disorders and liver diseases should consult a doctor before drinking the tea. Due to the possible hypoglycemic effect of fenugreek seeds, blood sugar levels should be carefully monitored in patients treated for diabetes. Do not use in case of allergy to any of the ingredients of the dietary supplement.
