Ingredients

Sugar, raspberry flavour, peppermint flavour, beetroot juice concentrate (colour), citric acid E330 (acidity regulator), mullein flower dry extract DER 4:1 (Verbascum thapsus L.), verbena herb dry extract DER 4:1 (Verbena officinalis L.), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), zinc gluconate, elderberry flower dry extract DER 4:1 (Sambucus nigra L.), eucalyptus globulus dry extract DER 4:1 (Eucalyptus globulus), menthol.

Althan HOT contains a carefully selected blend of four plant extracts: mullein, verbena, elderberry and eucalyptus. These ingredients are known for their properties supporting the respiratory and immune systems.

• Mullein: Soothes the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract.
• Verbena: Helps soothe irritations and supports the health of the upper respiratory tract.
• Elderberry: Supports immunity and helps maintain a healthy respiratory system.
• Eucalyptus: Helps relieve cold symptoms and supports breathing.

Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 150 ml of warm water. Stir until dissolved, drink immediately after preparation. Children over 6 years to 12 years of age: 1 sachet per day. Adults and older children (over 12 years of age): 1 sachet 2 times per day.
