Honorary Primus in Agendo badge for Herbapol Poznan!

We are pleased to announce that on December 16, 2024, during a ceremony at the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Policy, Tomasz Kaczmarek, President of the Board of Directors, had the honor to receive from the hands of Minister Agnieszka Dziemianowicz-Bąk the Primus in Agendo Badge of Honor, awarded to Herbapol Poznań. This unique award, granted to our organization for the first time, is proof for our joint hard work and commitment.

The Primus in Agendo “first in action” badge of honor is an honorary distinction awarded to individuals, organizations and institutions for special actions or contributions to the labor market, social policy or the family, which by their actions have contributed to the achievements and development of matters belonging to the substantive scope of the activities of the minister responsible for labor, social security and family. It recognizes the active, committed and dedicated attitude of the awardee, the most interesting and valuable initiatives, innovative achievements and innovative projects, as well as reliability and generosity in the activities undertaken.

The award was given to:

  • Herbapol Poznań, for its example of building good jobs;
  • The Coalition for the Premature Child, especially known for its recent successes;
  • Marcin Lewandowski, chairman of the Labor Confederation trade union at Paroc Poland;
  • Magda Malinowska, a Workers’ Initiative activist at Amazon;
  • Jerzy Budzyn, OHP Commander-in-Chief;
  • Jolanta Zolnierczyk, a union activist and social labor inspector.

We are proud of this achievement and motivated to keep going. Moments like this reinforce our belief that we are bravely and successfully implementing great projects like Free Fridays, creating a friendly and good workplace step by step.
