The Polish Institute for Quality Research examined Poland’s most trusted pharmaceutical companies offering OTC drugs and dietary supplements. They analyzed 41 Polish companies and collected 20,000 reviews to learn about their strengths and weaknesses, related to:
- customer-oriented behavior,
- value for money,
- perception of quality,
- innovation,
- credibility.
