Poznanskie Zaklady Zielarskie “Herbapol” S.A., based in Poznan, is looking for a land property (exclusively constituting an object of ownership) for the construction of a production &​logistics center in the immediate vicinity of Poznan.
The plot should be reasonably regular in shape and have an area of 40,000 – 50,000sqm and the possibility of a building height of at least 12 m. Location with the possibility of 24-hour truck access.
An important prerequisite is proximity to public transportation and to expressways and highways.
