Ingredients

Each bag contains 1.5 g of dried and crushed cistus herb (Cistus incanus).

Usage

It has antioxidant properties, thanks to which it protects cells from the effects of free radicals. Increases antioxidant potential.

Recommended daily intake and directions for use

2 times a day, 1 cup of infusion, prepared from 1 bag. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Pour 200 ml of freshly boiled water over one bag. Cover and brew for 5–10 minutes. It tastes delicious with the addition of honey or lemon juice.

Warnings

Do not use in people who are hypersensitive to the cistus herb. It is not recommended to consume the infusion by pregnant or breastfeeding women.
