Hawthorn flower (Crataegus monogyna) 40%, jagged-leafed hawthorn fruit (Crataegus pinnatifida) 28%, Malabrachian cardamom fruit (Elettaria cardamomum) 11%, common motherwort herb (Leonurus cardiaca) 10%, sweet blackberry leaf (Rubus suavissimus) 10%, rose petals 1%. All ingredients of the mixture are in dried and crushed form.
Usage
Hawthorn flower, jagged-leafed hawthorn fruit, Malabar cardamom fruit and motherwort herb support the functioning of the heart and circulatory system.
Recommended daily intake and directions for use
It is recommended to consume the infusion prepared from one bag once a day. One bag is intended for preparing one glass of infusion. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Preparation method: pour 200 ml of freshly boiled water over one bag. Cover and brew for 8–10 minutes.
