Black elderberry (Sambucus nigra) fruit 15%, common nettle (Urtica dioica) herb 15%, horsetail (Equisetum arvense) herb 9%, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) leaf 8%, silver birch (Betula alba) leaf 8%, pansy (Viola tricolor) herb 8%, dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale) 7%, peppermint (Mentha piperita) leaf 7%, sweet orange peel 7%, greater burdock root (Arctium lappa) 6%, knotweed (Polygonum aviculare) herb 5%, unbarked licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra) 5%. Usage
Elderberry fruit, common nettle herb, silver birch leaf, pansy herb, dandelion root and greater burdock root support the body’s natural cleansing functions.
Recommended daily intake and directions for use
It is recommended to consume the infusion prepared from one bag 3 times a day. One bag is intended for preparing one glass of infusion. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Preparation method: pour 200 ml of freshly boiled water over one bag. Cover and brew for 8–10 minutes.
