This is a medicine. For safety, use it in accordance with the package leaflet. Do not exceed the maximum dose of the drug. If in doubt, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
100 g of syrup contains:
Althaeae radix maceratio, ethanol 760 g/l, sucrose, benzoic acid.
The drug contains no more than 1.0% (V/V) ethanol.
Recommended dosage for adults and adolescents over 12 years: 4-5 times a day, 2 teaspoons (10 ml). Children above 6 years: 4-5 times a day, 1 teaspoon (5 ml). Children aged 3-6 years: up to 3 times a day, 1 teaspoon (5 ml). Not recommended for children under 3 years.
Allergy to any of the ingredients, including benzoic acid. Contains sucrose: 5 ml of syrup contains 4.2 g of sucrose.
Consult a doctor before use if intolerant to sugars. Contains a small amount of ethanol (alcohol), less than 100 mg per dose. Not recommended for children under 3 years.
Only a paediatrician can decide whether to use in younger children.
