• Children 1 year of age and older: 1 pump once a day.
• Adults: 2 pumps once a day.
• Shake well before use.
• The product can be administered directly into the mouth during or after a meal.

• One press of the pump dispenses a volume equivalent to 1,000 IU of vitamin D3.
