  • 2 servings – the recommended daily intake.
  • Use before bedtime.
  • Spray the back of your throat 1–2 times.
  • Do not eat or drink after application (otherwise, reapply the spray).
  • Shake well before use.
  • Do not use if you are allergic to any of the product’s ingredients.
  • Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
  • Do not use after the expiration date.
