Sylimarol® 70 mg is a medication used as an adjunct in the treatment of liver recovery or indigestion, such as after consuming hard-to-digest foods. It contains a dry extract from the husks of milk thistle containing silymarin.
One coated tablet contains 100 mg of dry extract (DER 20–34:1) from Silybum marianum L., fructus ( milk thistle seed), extraction solvent—90% methanol, equivalent to not less than 77 mg of silymarin calculated as silybin.
Excipients with known effects:
Each coated tablet contains 0.2 mg of sodium benzoate (E211), 51.6 mg of glucose, and 125.60 mg of sucrose.
The medicinal product Sylimarol® 70 mg is used as an adjunctive treatment during convalescence following toxic-metabolic liver damage caused, among other things, by toxic agents (e.g., alcohol, pesticides) and for digestive discomfort (bloating, belching) following the consumption of hard-to-digest foods. It is also used as an adjunctive treatment for symptoms following acute and chronic liver diseases.
Dosage
Adults
Take 1 tablet orally 3 times a day after meals, unless otherwise directed by a doctor. This medication requires regular use for a period of 2 to 4 weeks. Treatment may be extended up to 6 months. Consult your doctor regarding the duration of treatment. After consulting a doctor and following more severe cases of poisoning, the dose may be increased to 5 tablets per day. The minimum daily dose of silymarin is 200 mg, while the maximum daily dose is 400 mg of silymarin. Before starting treatment with Sylimarol 70 mg, consult a doctor to rule out serious medical conditions.

The use of this medicinal product is not recommended in children and adolescents under 18 years of age
