Linden Tree

Each packet contains 1.5 g of dried and ground linden (Tilia cordata) flower heads.

Drink 1 cup of the infusion, prepared from 1 tea bag, twice a day. Pour 200 ml of freshly boiled water over one tea bag.

Steep, covered, for 5–10 minutes. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

• Do not use in individuals who are hypersensitive to linden blossoms.
• An infusion made from linden blossoms should not be consumed by children under 4 years of age or by pregnant or breastfeeding women.
