Mucosit gel is applied topically as an astringent, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial agent, as well as a local anesthetic that accelerates granulation and wound healing. A topical medication for use on the oral mucosa as a traditional adjunct in the treatment of periodontal disease and oral inflammation (e.g., pressure sores caused by dentures). Following periodontal surgery, the product may be used only as directed by a dentist.
This product is intended for traditional use in the indicated indications.
Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: Mucosit should be used immediately after brushing your teeth; rub 1–2 cm of gel into the gums 2–3 times a day for 3 minutes using your fingertip or a soft toothbrush. If applying the gel with your finger, wash your hands thoroughly before and after application. You can also apply the gel using cotton swabs.
There are no data available regarding the safety of this medicinal product in children under 12 years of age.
Do not use Mucosit if you have hypersensitivity to amide-type local anesthetics, other ingredients in the medication, or any of the excipients. People with allergies to birch pollen or celery may experience cross-sensitivity to thyme. The product should also not be used if hypersensitivity to plants of the Asteraceae family (e.g., chamomile) or the Lamiaceae family has been diagnosed.

Alax tablets typically produce a laxative effect 8–12 hours after ingestion. For this reason, it is recommended to take the medication in the evening so that a bowel movement occurs the next morning. However, it is important to remember that the time it takes for the medication to work may vary slightly depending on individual bowel function and the cause of constipation.
Alax tablets should be used only for the short-term treatment of occasional constipation in adults and adolescents over 12 years of age, in accordance with the following recommendations:
If constipation persists despite taking the medication or recurs frequently, consult your doctor or pharmacist to determine the cause.
If you do not experience a laxative effect after taking Alax, do not increase the dose beyond the recommended amount on your own. The maximum daily dose is 2 tablets. If constipation persists while taking this medication, contact your doctor or pharmacist, as it may be necessary to determine the cause of the problem and implement a different course of treatment.
Alax is not intended for long-term use. The medication should be used for a short period of time, for a maximum of 7 days, without consulting a doctor. Longer use is possible only upon the express recommendation of a doctor. Conversely, chronic use of stimulant laxatives, which include Alax tablets, can disrupt normal bowel function, lead to dependence on laxatives, and cause disturbances in water and electrolyte balance.
Do not use Alax tablets for weight loss. Alax is a medication intended solely for the short-term treatment of occasional constipation and is not indicated for weight loss. Doing so may lead to loss of water and electrolytes, dehydration, and increase the risk of side effects associated with long-term use of laxatives.
