now Paderewskiego Street (formerly\r\n ). The business grows rapidly.\r\n More drugstores are opened, followed by wholesale operations for\r\n pharmacy and drugstore products. \r\n            <\/div>\r\n\r\n            <div class=\"hp-timeline__description\" data-index=\"1\">\r\n  The company is relocating to a newly purchased plot of land between what are now\r\n Towarowa and Sk\u0142adowa Streets.\r\n            <\/div>\r\n\r\n            <div class=\"hp-timeline__description\" data-index=\"2\">\r\n  The company is reorganized into a joint-stock company named \u201cR. Barcikowski.\u201d\r\n A chemical and pharmaceutical production division\r\n is added to the wholesale business. \r\n            <\/div>\r\n\r\n            <div class=\"hp-timeline__description\" data-index=\"3\">\r\n  \u201cR. Barcikowski\u201d becomes the leading pharmaceutical company\r\n in Greater Poland and one of the ten largest\r\n in the country. The export of herbs expands. His high qualifications, dedication, passion, and excellent knowledge of the company led him to become Chief Mechanic and, subsequently, Technical Director. In the years that followed, she gained experience in the areas of technology, quality, and production, progressing through all levels of operational management. She held positions related to quality assurance, production change management, technology, and production, consistently developing her managerial and leadership skills.   <\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>She has been with Herbapol Pozna\u0144 since the beginning of her professional career. Since 2021, she has served as Production Director, overseeing the manufacture of pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, and cosmetics. In 2022, she was appointed to the Company\u2019s Management Board, while continuing to oversee the production division.  <\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>In his work, he focuses on ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in production processes. He pays particular attention to organizational development, the improvement of technological, production, and logistics processes, and building engaged and responsible teams. <\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>He believes that the company's long-term success is based on the competencies of its people, mutual trust, and the consistent pursuit of shared goals.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>In her personal life, she is passionate about travel, connecting with nature, and hiking in the mountains\u2014activities she most enjoys doing with her family. Subsequently, as Chairman of the Supervisory Board, he oversaw the proper and efficient operation of the company, and in 2022 he assumed the position of Member of the Management Board of PZZ Herbapol S.A.  <\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>He is a graduate of the Pozna\u0144 University of Economics, where he majored in Computer Science and Econometrics, as well as Finance and Accounting.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Its goal is to improve the profitability of the Herbapol Pozna\u0144 Capital Group\u2019s product portfolio and, over the next few years, to introduce new medications that will enhance the comfort of patients taking them, expand Herbapol Pozna\u0144\u2019s product portfolio in key therapeutic areas, and, together with the company\u2019s other products, contribute to improving patients\u2019 well-being and quality of life.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>In his personal life, he is passionate about travel, both near and far. He also explores new ways of discovering the world so he can best convey its diversity to his children.
